Do I have to show up to every meeting?

Girl, no. This isn’t jury duty. Come when you can, skip when you need to. We’ll still love you.

Do I need to read the book for Book Club?

Reading is optional. Showing up in pajamas with a snack you refuse to share? Required.

Is this faith-based?

Yes—our Sisterhood is rooted in faith. Expect Bible encouragement on Fridays and plenty of reminders that God called you to this role. But we also laugh about laundry piles, Target meltdowns, and real life.

Do I need to turn my camera on?

Only if you want to. Come camera-ready… or come looking like you just crawled out of Mount Laundry. Either way, you belong.

What if my house is loud and my kids are climbing me like jungle gyms during Zoom?

Totally normal. Half the time you’ll see someone else’s toddler streak across the background. Just mute when you need to, and no judgment here

I’m new to homeschooling… will I feel out of place?

mom of 5, homeschooler for over 22 years, and professional messy-bun enthusiast. 

I’ve lived the late-night lesson planning, the “am I failing my kids?” panic, and the Target meltdowns. 

I created the Village Sisterhood because I know one thing for sure: we were never meant to do this alone. 

God called us to motherhood and teaching, and when we link arms with other moms, we remember the joy, the laughter, and the purpose in the middle of the chaos.
